Venous TOS
Venous TOS, also known as Paget-Schroetter syndrome occurs with thrombosis of the subclavian vein at the level of the thoracic outlet. This frequently follows strenuous efforts. A venogram is shown below. This demonstrates occlusion of the subclavian vein at the level of the first rib.
